Are there any churches that you know of that still actively hold to the Savoy Declaration? Also any good resources (outside of Phillip Schaff which I have in front of me.) on Congregational Polity that anyone could point me to at the moment?

There are some congregations within the CCCC's (Conservative Congregational Christian Churches) that still hold to this as I understand (though not all of them).
