Pray or pay program at the Catholic church

I just heard about this crazy priest. Even if a family goes out of town they have to bring proof they attended another mass or it costs them $$$.

Good idea. If the parents are joing the church to receive a tuition break, they should actually attend the church.

An even better idea is to not attend a RC "church" or school.
