| | | Wilhelmus A' Brakel, Post-Millenialist?
I have been reading Vol. II of The Christian's Reasonable Service and have been struck on his sections concerning the Church (especially pages 42-54) about how Post-Millenial A'Brakel is in his eschatology. And for those doubting, the editor, Bartel Elshout, makes a note of it himself on page 53. Elshout notes that it is even clearer in A'Brakel's untranslated commentary on Revelation concerning the Dutchman's eschatology.
Interesting Stuff. Tolle Lege!

Can you give some samples to muse upon?
Cheers,

Enjoyable book!
I'm reading this now, as well.

Ben,
I have 'a Brakel in Dutch; the additional section in the back entitled Verklaring van de Openbaring van Johannes (Explanation of the Revelation of John), is postmillenial, which, as you noted, was why it was left out of the English translation.
