E.W. Hengstenberg : The Revelation expounded for those who search the Scriptures
E.W. Hengstenberg: The Revelation expounded for those who search the Scriptures. Translated by Patrick Fairbairn, D.D. 2 vols., 8vo. Edinb., 1851-52. S. 14/6. (Spurgeon says: “Highly esteemed by the best judges”).
Can anyone tell me, which eschatological view E.W. Hengstenberg holds to ?
- Did he hold to the historical view ?
- Was he a post-,a- or pre-millenniumist ?
I read that Patrick Fairbairn transelated this work, and if iam right Patrick Fairbairn was historical a-millenniumist, so probely E.W. Hengstenberg was that also, or not ?
Any thoughts would be helpfull.
