OT Prophets Discussion of Major and Minor Prophets, from Isaiah - Malachi
The Spirit of the Lord is on me, for the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor (Is. 61:1)

Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God.

Zech.13:6

Zech.13:6 "And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands.?

This of course you will note is KJV of the verse. Other versions contain different statement, eg:NIV:"What are these wounds on your body.."

My question here is to all you "Experts" is :-
=Is this a Messianic Prophecy?

I notice when Calvin commented on this verse he suggested that to say it was - is "puerile." His words not mine so don't shoot the questioner..
Henry and Gill however put the suggestion in but don't exactly clarify.

Thanks !

hmmm, isn't this a prophecy about false prophets who will be ashamed and afraid to teach lies?
