Ezekiel 11:19-20 says, "I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh, that they may walk in My statues and keep My ordinances and do them. They will be my people and I shall be their God."

Is the new spirit a reference to the Holy Spirit?
