Calvin, Poole and Henry. J.A. Alexander on Isaiah is also quite good.

Motyer wrote it completely from scratch after he published the "big" one, according to his preface/introduction. Most of his basic conclusions are the same, but he did take the opportunity to clarify things here and there, I believe. But, the Tyndale commentary is not just an abridged rehash of the larger one.
