E. C. Olsen

Anyone know anything about Erling Charles Olsen? He published "Meditations on the Psalms" in two volumes around 1940 (Zondervan) but I know nothing about him - not even his denominational affiliation. I think he was born in 1896. Google was no help.

Anyone have any light to shed on this guy?
