Help finding poem please

Friends,

I'm looking for a poem. Now this is sketchy to say the least, but it has to do with finding a minister. It appeared on the back cover of The Banner of Sovereign Grace Truth magazine between 2001-2005. I don't remember who it was written by, but the title goes something like, "Lord Send Us a Pastor", or some such thing.
Anyone recognize it from these strange parameters? Further, do you know where I could find it on-line? I'm conducting an installation next week for the Langley Free Reformed Church, and I would like to see it in the bulletin.

Thanks in advance!

I've been searching but to no avail. I read that same poem, so I know what you are talking about. It seems, though, that I read it somewhere other than the BSGT. Here is where you can look for it in the BSGT: Heritage Netherlands Reformed Hope you can find it.
