I was out running with the dog, up in the mountains, beautiful evening, and my thoughts were all over the place, don't really remember what I was thinking about, but near the end, I just stopped, and scolded myself, for not meditating on the Lord, and giving Him thanks for Life....for an awesome outing, for an afternoon with my kids.....I was literally mad at myself, for missing the opportunity to praise and give thanks while I ran. So I relate to the quote.
