Kuyper quote reference?

Where does Kuyper say this? I thought it was in his Lectures on Calvinism but I can't find it. Trying to find the reference....

It isn't there, I don't think, but in his "Sphere Sovereignty" lecture that's found in the centennial Kuyper reader. I think that was from an address given when he was being inaugurated in his post at the Free University....

Yes, that's it. I can't find it online in complete form, though. I do know it's included in Abraham Kuyper: A Centennial Reader, that's available everywhere (almost) where good books are sold.
