Lord's Supper Scripture Proof

1 Cor. 12:13 "For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit."

The WCF gives this as a scripture proof for a spiritual presence view. Can we say that, although communion is not what Paul is addressing in this chapter this verse does pertain to communion. One thing I noticed were both sacraments being presented as unifiers. Would that be right?
