| | | WCF VII - Of God's Covenant With Man - Sermons
I was just able to listen to my Pastor's sermon (from last Lord's Day's afternoon) tonight. He has been preaching through the Westminster Confession of Faith. This past one was on the Covenant of Grace and was a good testimony to the heart of Reformed and Biblical theology.
You can listen by clicking here: The Covenant of Grace
If you'd like to start from the beginning of his sermons on the Covenants (WCF 7), you'll need to go here.

God, as a righteous Judge, does it, which ought to silence us under all our sorrows; as many as they are, we have deserved them all, and more: nay, God, as a tender Father, does it for our necessary correction, that we may be humbled for sin, and weaned from the world by all our sorrows; and the good we get by them, with the comfort we have under them, will abundantly balance our sorrows, how greatly soever they are multiplied. - Matthew Henry |

Wow this thread just came popping back up into my purview for no observable reason. Another instance of paranormal activity on this board.

This thread just keeps popping back up. Will a mod or someone please somehow weight this thread down and make it stop resurfacing like a dead fish? It's terribly frightening. And I'm haunted by a sense of evil laughter. As if a dead fish were laughing evilly at me, to be exact. Please help.
