| | | Synopsis vs Harmony
I own a good Harmony of the Gospels but on yesterday's blog from James White, Alan Kurschner is writing on the use of Synopsis. He makes a brief comparison between the two, but I'm not sure I get the diff.
So, what is the diff?

No one wants to help...unless you're all snickering at my dullness. OK, I read and re-read (and re-read) Kurschner's article. I think I comprende'. Sometimes it's good to let a guy figure it out for himself. You are all so smart for letting me do so.

Harmonies of the Gospels come in four flavors: radical, synthetic, sequential, and parallel. The key difference between a synopsis and a (parallel) harmony is that the "harmony" only lists a given text once, and a "synopsis" may list it several times without the editors expressing an editorial judgment as to where it should be fitted in the flow of the Gospels.
