For those who may be interested, there is a book currently for sale at abebooks.com called Distinctive Principles of the Reformed Presbyterian Church (1841) by David Scott. The description notes that "only 13 libraries in the world are listed as owners of this rare foundational document of the RPC." The price is $105.95.
