No but it looks great. I think I have a similar book that from a few years ago that did the same thing. I'll post it when I get home. Also got it from a recommendation from Beeke in the course on Reformation Research and Writing that you can purchase from PRTS.

I have: Reformation Europe: A Guide to Research edited by Steven Ozment
It was published in 1982. It has several articles with a nice bibliography at the end of each. The book you posted looks to update this.
