Kenneth MacCrae and other Scottish literature

On the back cover of The Scots Worthies the Banner of Truth had a listing of other Scottish literature, including The Diary of Kenneth MacCrae. My question is twofold: does one know where I can get this work and if I were to study the 19th century SCottish Revival (M'Cheyne, Cunningham, etc.), where should I begin?
