I know this!

It is the same book with some revision (formatting and font size mostly, as I understand it) Principles and Practices for Baptist Churches was published in 1980 by Kregal Publications. This same work was origianally published as The New Directory for Baptist Churches by Judson Press in 1894.

Also this book was published by Kregal Publications in 1970 under the original title: The New Directory for Baptist Churches.
