While this book isn't directly about the Iraq war (except for the new introduction), the perspective Johnson offers on foreign policy (and his interpretation of its consequences) certainly has strong implications for it. Incidentally, that was the reason Ron Paul had included it in his "reading assignment" for Giuliani on foreign policy, shortly after their dispute on the Iraq war.
