From the library, I checked out a book I don't think I've seen before:

Life of the Rev. John Milne of Perth by Horatius Bonar (New York: Robert Carter & Brothers, 1870)

I've never heard of Milne, so my curiosity is up. Being Bonar, it should be a good read.

I know this post is almost months old but I have to ask if you've had a chance to read this book about Milne? I understand he was a friend and co-laborer of Bonar, M'Cheyne, and Burns and have been hoping someone would reprint this work. Many thanks!
