    For us newcomers.

I have been on the PB for about 6 months. I have read some excellent threads. In your opinion, list some of the best educational ones, of all time(s) so all of us short timers can catch up .

In the past year, I have seen several threads that brought out deep passion and debate, and good insights.

You may want to use the search function (upper right), but here have been a few of the topics that I learned much from:

    Keeping the sabbath
    Pruned Sabbath Do's and Don'ts
    Sabbath observation poll
Observing 'holydays' such as Christmas, Easter
http://www.puritanboard.com/f103/not...ristmas-41057/ (a near "thread riot" broke out on this one)
Celebration of Easter and Christmas? (another near riot)
    Women deacons
A Biblical Argument for Men Only as Deacons
    Validity of Roman baptisms
Validity of Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Baptisms
    Exclusive psalmody
Is there Scriptural Warrant for Composing Uninspired song for use in public worship (not having been familiar with this a year ago, this has been the most contentious issue I've seen debated on threads here. still not sure why)

I think these two posts are very instrumental to understanding the error of the FV:

There is some really good stuff listed here. Scott put something in the suggestion box that refined my thought process a little further.
