As I've seen a lot of discussion on cost of seminary lately...I've been wondering:

What role should the church play in financially supporting ministerial candidates going to seminary? Should the church help pay for tuition? Should they help pay for living expenses?

Let's assume that church funds are not a hindrance in this hypothetical situation...
