Running

A site to map out your runs: Favorite Run - Map Running Routes and Keep a Running Log

Yesterday I did 3miles/almost 5 k and it was -7 with winds of 60 to 70 k.

Anyone else running in cold conditions? I'm new to running having only been at it the last 8 months so running in the cold and snow is new to me.

Any tips on running in the cold?
