How absurd a tenet is this, which holdeth that there is some particular worship of God allowed, and not commanded? What new light is this which maketh all our divines to have been in the mist, who have acknowledged no worship of God, but that which God hath commanded? Who ever heard of commanded and allowed worship? - George Gillespie
I have to confess that one of my favorites (and by far the best named) is Blog and Mablog.

Here are some bookmarked ones that I visit regulary/semi-regularly. A quick read will show that I don't endorse everything found in the blogs. There is a mix of apologetic blogs, neo-calvinist, theonomic, business, cultural, and of course pb'ers.

I have benefitted from much apologetical issues from Doug Wilson. he has come a long way since his debate with Dan Barker.
I enjoy Dr Leithart when I can understand him. His cultural commentaries are quite good.
