I use the most generic one possible, available at Office Max. I normally get the paperback sized one, so that I have enough space for everything.

I thought I had seen one with quotes from Calvin and Edwards, or maybe it was the Puritans...I can't remember.
Doesn't anyone remember a planner like I described above?
