    The 20/80 Rule

It's said that, in the majority of organizations, 20% of the people do 80% of the work and (if the organization is a charity of some sort) gives 80% of the money. This rule also applies to churches, as those who study churches as organizations will tell you.

Would you say that your church follows the 20/80 rule?

The gospel would be better understood if the fact of universal sinfulness were more deeply felt. - Alexander Maclaren (1826-1910), commenting on Romans 3:19-26.

20% is awful generous isn't it? How about 10/90?
