It is God that multiplies our sorrows....
God, as a righteous Judge, does it, which ought to silence us under all our sorrows; as many as they are, we have deserved them all, and more: nay, God, as a tender Father, does it for our necessary correction, that we may be humbled for sin, and weaned from the world by all our sorrows; and the good we get by them, with the comfort we have under them, will abundantly balance our sorrows, how greatly soever they are multiplied. - Matthew Henry

We were all going through withdrawal symptoms. (I was craving chocolate -- I still do, a little.)

It's always nice to see you around Sarah :-)

I must confess, I read the thread title and immediately thought of Sarah Palin, and wondered if she had been reinstalled as Governor of Alaska.

Very hard! But I had to remember that there was a life outside of this wonderful place! Hopefully I can use more discipline this next time around and balance my life with real life and computer life!

Spending more time with Quaker Oats guys would help you remember the outside. Or you can just drive on down here and we could show you Indy life. We are having the Brickyard 400 this weekend. All the good rednecks will be here. I fit right in with them.

NURSE!!!!! Where have you been? I have been calling for ages. Now get me the bedpan, then I'll need something for pain, I'll have a Dilaudid shot. Oh I 'll need something to eat also. And can you change the channel on my TV. After you have done that you can call my family and give them an update- I 'm too sick to do it myself. Now, don't forget to bring me warm blankets and a magazine or two as well.

If I was your attendant I would plainly show you that the TV controller is by the bed. Forget the shot, you had a few Tylenols a few hours ago. The phone is next to the TV Controller. I will get you a blanket but it might help if I turn the thermostat up first. Forget the magazines. I will bring you the latest Confessional Presbyterian Journal. Now where is your glasses? Are they in the top drawer of the stand next to your bed?

Oh yeah, And concerning the bedpan... Get your hiney up and go to the bathroom in your room. It is only 15 feet away and you need to get up and walk a bit every few hours to get the blood flowing in your legs so you don't get any blood clots.
