Hi All,
Thanks for the warm international welcomes, and the local ones, too! Lots of familiar names here. I was wondering where the party had moved to!
Next thing I know, you'll be expecting me to post and get involved. Can't a guy hide anywhere?
John.

John. | We only expect you to post in your areas of expertise, which I attest to being (namely but not exclusively): all branches and disciplines of biblical and systematic theology, hermeneutics, homiletics, Church history, OT Exegesis, NT Exegesis, pastoral theology, comparative religions, eschatology, Christology & Neumatology, early Church writings, Medieval dogma, Neuthetic counseling, all branches of philosophy, and Mennonite cookery (not necessarily in that order).
Other than that stay out of the conversations.

| Nope, you can't hide anywhere, and if you try, you'll just be sucked in and start posting like a madman on countless threads.
Oh, and welcome to the PB!

Jerrold,
It appears you have me mixed up with the eminent Scottish theologian John Dick. Except for the Mennonite cookery part; I don't think he was too up on that. Haggis and Veranecke? Maybe, but I rather doubt it.

Welcome John,
Great to see you here. Hope you and your family are well. Its been many years... I wonder if your hair is as grey as mine by now? Hope to visit with you next time we're in Edmonton.

Good to hear from you, but you're too young to have grey hair. At least I have an excuse! I must say I am glad you still remember how to spell "grey" even though you have lived in the US for a time.
Do come visit. We would love to see you again.
