| | | Only the name has changed: Trnz4mr = Madcow
She really didn't know that there was a popular movie called Transformer's when she picked her last name. Hey, she's a hard working night nurse who sleeps during the day!
She has picked a great name that captures both the capital city of Wisconsin (Madison) and our favorite pastime (cow tipping) into one name.
Let's give a warm cheesehead and international PB welcome to Madcow (formerly known as Trnz4mr).

Uhhhhh, icksnay on drawing that conclusion.... jury is still out on that Todd.
After what her and Ivan did to my FB page this morning I'm gonna suggest getting assisted living arrangements for both of them. Not saying they need the rubber room right away but we just want to get everything in place, tasers, restraints, leather straps, tranq gun, etc.
Might want to load up a dose for Batty Bill Brown as well. 77 COMMENTS!!!! Quote:

It makes me so happy I think I'll sing:
"Mooing on up
To the Puritan side
From Madison, Wisconsin
And all that Cheesehead pride
Mooing on up
To the Puritan side
She's finally got a new name to try." | | The Following User Says Thank You to Marrow Man For This Useful Post: | |

Solely in the spirit of good humor, there is this commentary from 1837:
[Browsing through old newspapers has its reward]
MAD COWS, ETC.
In Plymouth, Mass., there is great excitement upon this subject, and several town meetings have been lately called in consequence. A cow belonging to Mr. Ichabod Morey was supposed to have been bitten by a rabid dog. Mr. Solomon Sylvester gives the following description of her appearance and death.
"The cow acted very strangely, and it having been supposed that she might have been bitten by a dog which came on shore from the brig Solon, whch has bitten a number of other dogs, fears were entertained that the cow was mad. I thought it might be the horn ail, and adopted the usual remedy in such cases, cutting off her tail, boring her horns, &c. I offered her water and she became infuriated and tore the bucket to pieces without drinking. She had a propensity to bit things within her reach. The remedies proposed had no favorable effect. She continued the next day in the same situation, and about eleven o'clock that night she became most furious and broke out of the barn, bellowing and raving; first attacking a wheelbarrow, which she threw about, and then ran to a barrel of water, which she turned over and tossed about until it was out of her reach. She continued to bellow and roar, attacking every thing in her way, until she finally fell dead in the greatest agony. I was unwilling to believe her mad until Wednesday night. The people in the house were so much alarmed with her violence that they fled into the chamber for fear of her breaking into the lower part of the house. I became fully satisfied, as was the case I believe with a great majority of all who saw her in those ravings, that she was mad. She never drank from the beginning of her sickness, although water was frequently offered her, and its sight increased her fury. She frothed at the mouth, and discharged three buckets full, as I should think in the course of the day. After she broke out of the barn, no person had the courage to enter the enclosure where she was. The whole neighborhood were in a state of alarm, and her bellowings were heard a great distance.

Sorry, Sarah,
But seeing your new moniker last night, I started laughing while remembering an old sexist joke. Why do they call it "PMS"? Because "Mad Cow Disease" was already taken.

Budda bing! | Here's another for your wedding speeches, Dennis.
What's the real reason why brides dress in white?
Well, aren't most kitchen appliances white? Here's another on cows.
Englishman, Scotsman and Irishman with their wives in a restaurant.
The Englishman - no doubt under the influence of American turns of phrase - says to his wife, Pass the honey, honey.
The Scotsman says to his wife, Pass the sugar, sugar.
The Irishman, not to be outdone or left out says, Pass the milk, yee old cow!

Good guess, Richard. You have two of the letters. I like yours.
I once read an article on MPS. Never kept that article. Wish I had for such occasions as this thread.

Sarah, you are a really nice girl. Mad cow is a horrible disease that rots the brain away and you die an awful death. It was prevalent in cannibal societies. I think you deserve a better online handle.
