What an incredible journey of faith! Mine has been a journey toward the reformed faith as well. I am still on that journey in many ways. I am now a Congregational Pastor of an independent Congregational Church and I am committed to a "re-articulation" of historic Reformed Congregationalism.
The last church I served before receiving a call to Illinois was a NACCC church in Michigan. Blessings all over you, your family, and your work!
