hello to the Puritan Board

Hello everyone, I'm Kentucky Kid from...................you guessed- Kentucky in the good old USA! This is my first post so I just wanted to say hi! I believe that the only ground of my salvation is the righteousness of Christ imputed to me. As they in the south (USA): "see ya all later!".............KK (Kentucky Kid)

And though the really inspired artist may complain that, with the majority, piano-playing is mere strumming, and painting little more than daubing, yet, the exuberant feeling of having a share in the privileges of art is so overwhelming, that the scorn of the artist is preferred to the abandonment of art training in education. To have laid a production of your own, however poor, upon the altar of art becomes more and more the characteristic of an accomplished civilization. - Abraham Kuyper

note to Benjamin

Benjamin: you don't have to be a Herd fan- you can be a Kentucky Wildcat; or just accross the Ohio River, you have to be an Ohio Buckeye; I work in Huntington, WV- and there you MUST be a HERD fan- their hometown!!!.......KK

to the PB. Nice to have you.

I know where Ashland is. We went through there several times on our way between central PA and Memphis when our son was at Rhodes College.
