| | | Hello everyone... I've been visiting this wonderful site off and on for a while reading posts, for my own edification. But I finally decided that I should introduce myself.
My name is Alex, and I live in Orange County, CA. I'm a member of Grace Presbyterian in Yorba Linda. One of my greatest loves is the Puritans, and I have been utterly blessed over the years from reading their books and sermons.
Anyway, I hope I can "fit in" in this community, as I certainly need more interaction with the people of God.
Thanks for reading,
- Alex

It always begins by skulking, and assuming a disguise. Its advocates, when together, boast of great improvements, and congratulate one another on having gone greatly beyond the ‘old dead orthodoxy,’ and on having left behind many of its antiquated errors: but when taxed with deviations from the received faith, they complain of the unreasonableness of their accusers, as they ‘differ from it only in words.’ This has been the standing course of errorists ever since the apostolic age. | | Thank you all for the warm welcome.
For the longest time people have misunderstood why I used the word "pilgrim" (ie. my email address). Most people think I'm a John Wayne fan. It's kinda funny. It's nice to be able to come to a place where people know what is meant.
Also, Seth, it's good to know there are other OC Christians on this board.
