| | | Greetings and Request Hello all,
My name is Chris, and I'm a PB lurker, usually. I am a senior student at Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary and a Reformed Baptist. I'm currently a Pastoral Intern at Grace Baptist Church in Taylors, SC where I am helping with a church-planting opportunity near Asheville, NC. I am also a candidate for ministry in Canada.
My purpose for "de-cloaking" from my usual lurker status is really to issue a request for information. My church back home in Canada is looking to obtain some Trinity (Red - 1990 revised) hymnals. Since they are a small church with limited resources, I'm trying to find avenues for gently-used second-hand or lower priced TH's if possible. If anyone knows of such a source, please PM me. I'm also looking for a source for cheap ESV Pew Bibles.
Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide. And thank you all, I enjoy reading the posts here.
In His grace,
Chris. | | The Following User Says Thank You to CovenantalBaptist For This Useful Post: | |

Its advocates, when together, boast of great improvements, and congratulate one another on having gone greatly beyond the old dead orthodoxy, and on having left behind many of its antiquated errors: but when taxed with deviations from the received faith, they complain of the unreasonableness of their accusers, as they differ from it only in words. This has been the standing course of errorists ever since the apostolic age. Samuel Miller, Introductory essay, The Articles of the Synod of Dort (1841).

| | | Thanks for the welcome.
Ideally, I'm looking for 60 of each (present and near future needs) - but anything above 30 would probably suffice with sharing. We typically have averaged between 30-50 for morning worship.
I should have mentioned, we are looking for the hardcover pew versions of the ESV's. Preferrably with the same pagination (to make it easier to orient non-Christians to the Scriptures).
