| | | Greetings Hello,
My name is Wayne Whitmer. I'm 37 Years Old and Married to my wonderful wife Rowie, we have no children yet but hope to soon as God permits. I'm a 1992 Graduate of Bob Jones University where I earned my BA in Bible degree and discovered the Truths of Calvinism. I later became Reformed Presbyterian through the influence of several different men on a Reformed Yahoo Theology Discussion list as well as the White Horse Inn and James Montgomery Boice. I and my wife are currently Members of Crossroads Fellowship PCA in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
I'm an Internet Support Supervisor for a Major Wireless Carrier and originally hail from Western, PA just north of Pittsburgh. I enjoy the Pittsburgh Steelers as does RC Sproul, a fellow Pittsburgher. I enjoy Tennis and have seen several Professional matches over my lifetime. I and my wife both enjoy traveling to different places where we have never been before. And although I had taken a break for 4 years or so from Blogging and Theology Discussion groups I enjoy apologetics and Discussion forums such as this one.
It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. | | The Following 3 Users Say Thank You to whitway For This Useful Post: | |

| | Wayne,
I remember you from the Reformed Singles Yahoo Group as well. I too am no longer single, having just been married 1/12/08 to my wife Erica. I'm on rtdisc too but mainly lurk there now.
I enjoy tennis as well but haven't played regularly in years.

| | | Congratulations Chris on your Marriage to Erica! I enjoyed owning and moderating that group for quite some time but was very pleased to have to hand it over when I married my Wife. We are into our 3rd Year of Marriage now having married on August 20, 2005. It is a pleasure making your acquaintance online once again. | | The Following User Says Thank You to whitway For This Useful Post: | |

However I do know of many who converted including a friend of mine who I worked on for years who is now on staff at a Reformed Baptist Church. |

It always begins by skulking, and assuming a disguise. Its advocates, when together, boast of great improvements, and congratulate one another on having gone greatly beyond the ‘old dead orthodoxy,’ and on having left behind many of its antiquated errors: but when taxed with deviations from the received faith, they complain of the unreasonableness of their accusers, as they ‘differ from it only in words.’ This has been the standing course of errorists ever since the apostolic age. Samuel Miller, Introductory essay, The Articles of the Synod of Dort (1841).
