Greetings!

My name is Randy Harris, I have been in the Reformed Faith for over 25 years, and I do like the expression "semper reformanda." I love God's Word, and studying it and living it is such a great pleasure. The works of many Reformed Presbyterian authors have contributed greatly to my knowledge and growth in Christ. (My avatar is "Condemned Covenanters," from the Edinburgh art gallery. The Covenanters were truly a heroic group, many paying the ultimate price for their allegiance to Christ. Read "Fair Sunshine" if you ever get the chance; it is reading that simultaneously generates sadness, anger, and joy.)

I have already read many of the threads on this board over the past few days, and it looks like there is a great diversity of people and places, but all with the same intent to sharpen their thinking about God and how to advance His Kingdom.

Looking forward to many discussions!

For Christ's Crown and Covenant,

Randy Harris

The Regulative Principle: Samuel Miller gives a succinct statement of this principle when he writes that since the Scriptures are the “only infallible rule of faith and practice, no rite or ceremony ought to have a place in the public worship of God, which is not warranted in Scripture, either by direct precept or example, or by good and sufficient inference.”
