Hello PuritanBoard,
My name is Vic Fink. I live in sunny southern Arizona. I serve in a small church where we are pretty shorthanded so I don't expect that I'll be posting much. However, I look forward to learning from you.
Serving along side me is my wife of 25 years and "Geneva" - who is pictured in my avatar.
Thanks for having me!

The first glimmerings of peace and comfort which spring from God’s promises are accompanied with great mixtures of darkness, but yet they are of a growing and prevailing nature, and therefore are not to be despised but to be thankfully acknowledged and rejoiced in as the happy earnest of the ensuing day...” William Spurstowe - The Wells of Salvation Opened, 1655

Its advocates, when together, boast of great improvements, and congratulate one another on having gone greatly beyond the ‘old dead orthodoxy,’ and on having left behind many of its antiquated errors: but when taxed with deviations from the received faith, they complain of the unreasonableness of their accusers, as they ‘differ from it only in words.’ This has been the standing course of errorists ever since the apostolic age.
