| | | Interview with a Mainline Presbyterian.
*note to moderator: I wasnt sure what forum to put this in, if it is better placed somewhere else, go ahead and move it.*
This is a very interesting interview (on the Ancient Paths) with a mainline presbyterian presbyter discussing the past, present and future of that denomination. I am encouraged by the patience and kind candor that Pastor Wallace shows to this Woman in the interview. I hope you all enjoy! |

The man was using kid-gloves on the woman - commendable in many ways. She said that the PCUSA says the "homosexual orientation" is not sinful but the acts are." The lust is sinful. The "orientation" is 180 degrees polar opposite of Christ. The need to be re-orientated toward Christ which is called repentance.
Now, the same goes for me. If I lust heterosexually I sin whether in my mind or beyond. I need to get re-orientated as well when I do.
I hate when people pander to this sinful group of people thinking it is doing them good. It is the blind coddling the blind.

A. Three, the first, how great my sins and miseries are, the second, how I may be delivered from all my sins and miseries, the third, how I shall express my gratitude to God for such deliverance. Blog: http://johngillisdead.blogspot.com/ | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
