| | | Infralapsarian Vs. Supralapsarian
Outside of the discussions inside the various Systematic Theologies are there any stand-alone books that discuss the issues surrounding both as well as arguments pro/con?
Thanks!

Yes. J.V Fesko has a book entitled "Diversity within the reformed tradition: Supra and infralapsarianism in Calvin, Dort, and Westminster" published by Reformed Academic Press and available for purchase here

There is some discussion of it in The Reformed Doctrine of Predestination by Boettner, but if I remember correctly, it doesn't really lay both sides out in great detail. I think he mostly just argues for Infralapsarianism.

The Riches of God’s Love unto the Vessels of Mercy, consistent with his absolute Hatred or Reprobation of the Vessels of Wrath by William Twisse.
You used to be able to buy this through Curt Daniel's Good Books, but not sure where you would find it now days.

"To believe in the power of man in the work of regeneration is the great heresy of Rome, and from that error has come the ruin of the Church. Conversion proceeds from the grace of God alone, and the system which ascribes it partly to man and partly to God is worse than Pelagianism" (The Reformation in England (London, 1962), Vol. 1, p. 98) Click to get: Board Rules -- Signature Requirements -- Suggestions? |

Well the Puritans were certainly much better at naming things than we are...
