Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God.

Sermon on Reverence & Obedience from Hebrews 5:7-10

Here is a sermon I preached from Hebrews 5:7-10 on the subject of Reverence and Obedience. Particular emphasis is placed upon the application to worship.

Praise God Pastor,

That’s some nice exegesis! I liked your illustration of Rome and of the person afraid of scriptures ability to prove us wrong. Dead wrong, and ignorant before God even in willful ignorance <- man am I guilty of that SO often as I read, I laughed pretty good at that out of conviction. Enjoyed it, thank you. I have family in Cuthbert area, aren’t you near there?

I'm glad the message was a blessing to you.

Cuthbert is about 3 hours from Lawrenceville so it would be a bit of a drive but your family would be most welcome if they ever decided to make the trip.
