This isn't by a Puritan writer, but it gives good insight into the workings of a prominent late-Puritan family: Dodd's Marriage to a Difficult Man about Sarah and Jonathan Edwards was certainly humbling to me. Be aware that Dodd was not always familiar with a reformed perspective, so she goes "off" in a few places.
Do not forget J.C. Ryle (though not a Puritan).

I located one of the titles mentioned in the link above online. It is The Woman's Glorie: A Treatise Asserting the Due Honour of that Sexe (1645) by Samuel Torshel (or Torshell) (1604-1650).
