Pothole Demolition Derby

Black Ice Ballroom Dance Contest

Bring your dogsled to work Day

Scrape, shovel and car push Triathalon

The car to mall run contest

The winner of these events is presented with golden jumper cables

All right, so I saw this on a sweatshirt still the temperatures recently have been hovering in the single digits and we have several inches of snow on the ground, so they ought to be sporting events.

A day in the life of the wealthy...

65' custom-built motor yacht complete with 4 staterooms, a state-of-the-art galley, GPS System and radar for navigation, twin supercharged diesel engines, etc. $4,500,000.00

Champagne, chocolate covered strawberries with cream and music dockside for the excited 'soon to be owners' and a small group of friends. $500.00

Two corporate representatives, crane, and rigging complete with faulty turnbuckle. $2,500/hour

(Note the guy in the stern!)

Watching your dreamboat nose dive into the harbor, accompanied by two corporate representatives just prior to 'inking' the final paperwork...

Priceless!

I just arrived in Grand Rapids, MI the reformed capital of the USA and home to more blondes than a Cali beach for the 2009 NAPARC meeting! i will be attending as an observator with the ERQ (�glise R�form�e du Qu�bec). If anyone want to hang out shoot me an-e-mail at jgrig2@gmail.com and we can figure out something. i have nothing to do tonight so I will check my e-mail often. I don't have a car because of epilepsy, but it would be nice to socialize and hang out ! Maybe something tomorrow?

So I was visiting a church in Mississippi not long ago. In the evening service the preacher related the story of Jesus casting the devils out of the man into the swine, which then ran into the sea and perished.

He then turned to the congregation:

"Y'all know that's where deviled ham came from, don't you?"

The church erupted in laughter!

Traveling down the interstate and needing to use the restroom,
I stopped at a rest area and headed to the restroom.

I was barely sitting down when I heard a voice from the other stall saying:
"Hi, how are you?"

I'm not the type to start a conversation in the restroom and I don't know what got into me,
But I answered, somewhat embarrassed,
"Doin' just fine!"

And the other person says:
"So what are you up to?"

What kind of question is that? At that point, I'm thinking this is too bizarre so I say:
"Uhhh, I'm like you, just traveling!"??

At this point I am just trying to get out as fast as I can when I hear another question.
"Can I come over?"

Ok, this question is just too weird for me but I figured I could just be polite and end the conversation. I tell them
"No..I'm a little busy right now!!!"

Then I hear the person say nervously...
"Listen, I'll have to call you back. There's an idiot in the other stall who keeps answering all my questions

Cell phones, don't you just love them!
