Actually this has nothing to do with Still Waters. This was the document that the Westminster Divines wrote, which called the nation of Scotland to enter into covenant with the LORD. They believed that the nation was under the authority of Jesus Christ. The American Presbyterians rejected it when they revised the Westminster Standards. | Which I personally think was a terrible mistake.
