I refuse to guess,
but I love this verse of Scripture:

Psalm 37:25
I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

I guess, to me that means, whether I'm "better-off financially" or not, I can be assured that God will supply the needs of my family. With such great hope, why trust in "uncertain riches"?!
