I know that Kline, obviously, was opposed to Theonomy, but I've no idea why some react to him, and those who agree with him (even in part) as if they were the antichrist. Apparently I'm Klinean, but don't know exactly why  I can't see that the use of ANE studies as part of grammatico-historical interpretation is all there is to the story.
