Lame movie.

For the length of the picutre I sat there while the plot was force fed to me by horrible acting.

I like Shia LeBouf, I think he's a good actor. Apparently his talent was out to lunch for the entire filming of this movie. I thought he was a big let down. I don't think he should play anymore greaser fencing prodigies in the future.

Moreover, you had the English turncoat who switched sides pretty much every 25 minutes. It was suprising the first time he betrayed Jones. The second, third, and fourth times just made it insulting, as if I'm suposed to jump in my seat at some big unexpected plot twist at that point.

The sets with relation to the plot were also an insult to one's intelligence, but that's probably because of the subject material. I'm actually supposed to believe that these highly intelligent, inter-dimensional beings came to Earth on a highly advanced spaceship, were worshipped as gods, and the best sort of temple structures they could manage were built out of stone and dried mud. Impressive. (Not) That's the silliness of the entire UFO theory though.

Lastly, 60 year-old men fighting is not something to woo over. It doesn't make a great action sequence.
