This is AFTER Stark revealed himself as Iron Man. Did you note the quips of "...nice suit" from the general and Stark saying, "...hardware is more reliable"? :-)
This is ALL leading up to Iron Man, The Hulk, Thor, and Captain America getting together for an Avengers movie. Make no mistake about it! This is the master plan for sure.
