True. And in verse 20 of Ch. 22, Luke plainly points out that they partook of the wine after the bread was eaten. Now, this doesn't mean that Jesus didn't dip it, but the only recorded instance of such is when He did so to identify Judas as His betrayer. Also, in verse 27 of 1 Cor. 11, Paul uses the term or between drinking the cup and eating the bread, denoting a separate action. Thus, according to the analogy of Scripture, along with Jesus' and Apostolic example, it would be safe to assert the intinction is not the biblical command.
