Not very sure, but would this verse have any bearing?

Matthew 12:5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?

If this church bookstore is being run as a part of the ministry of the church, would it be allowable even on the sabbath day?
