Does your denomination have a seminary? Have you considered talking to your church about helping pay the tuition?
Also...you may want to check out Student Ministries, Inc. - its a good way to work as a volunteer intern at a church and get paid through contributions for your part time work, so you would have more time for family and studies! Student Ministries, Inc.
