Does EEBO have the full text of the books?
EEBO has the full texts of almost all books published in England in the 16-17th centuries. It is a most valuable resource. You can download the complete Matthew Henry Synopsis Criticorum, the Westminster divines' annotations, the Dutch annotations, and tons more.
